    Lowe's has it also
Most any farm equipment dealers will have it too.

A friend I made running into the mill down south had a truck identical to that purple one on the end...he kept that thing polished out and got to talking one night and seen the inside.... It was decked out!!! He sure had it fixed up nice.

He was sitting at one of the backroad turn offs one morning when I was headed north.... Didn't think much of it. Came back down and he was still sitting there...walking around his truck so I stopped to see if I could help....nope... Stopped for a quick nap headed to the house and just woke up.

Last I seen him he was in a KW....

Mama makes rum cakes thru the winter and puts them in the freezer.

I ran across one last night looking for something.... So I had a double slice (warmed in the microwave) with ice cream for breakfast

Might as well finish out the day like it started....

That would do the trick, your example just needs more surface area, i.e. larger diameter, to spread the load stress. A round plate is the ideal reinforcement, because the load is distributed radially. Any reinforcement plate that tapers to the center of the beam, square tube, etc. is the next most desirable. Perpendicular welds to the long axis of what your trying to fix will almost always fail next to the reinforcement. Parallel welds only.
This is most of what I retained from an afternoon discussion with my engineer one day.
