My home town....Ely, NV ... made the nationalnews this morning. Supposed to break the recordat 101. Ugly at 7200 ft elevation. Nobody has AC except maybe window units.

 

The crawfish I just ate from “Captain’s Boil” gets a big fat 0 from Bayou Boy here; it wasn’t even spicy and the most flavor you tasted was garlic; geez they definitely don’t know how to boil crawfish, can’t wait to go back to Louisiana and get some haha now I know what I want for my birthday; crawfish, stuffed crabs, potato salad and gumbo

 

Chicken strips and those Mexican pancakes with caramel and vanilla something (it’s almost like icing) is what I like

 

According to are president, we should be raking the Forrest.

 

Many years ago...my sons spent the morning catching crawfish from the irrigation ditch that runs through Reno...they brought them home, put themin the microwave.....

Mama wasn't happy.....they exploded .... but it sure was an easy way to get the meat out of the tail!
