The grabbed these little guys for Cleveland for when ever I feel like getting there tomorrow.

We have elected to sleep at home instead the Eastside of Cleveland.

I get it. WE and others throws pennies at guys with no fatal accidents and six months experience to become trainers.

You in no way shape or form are ready to be a trainer. Yet.

Why should you help a bottom of the barrel company train a guy to take your position? They do not care about you.

You need to concentrate on learning as much as you can while you get enough experience to move to a well paying respected company. Now can you do that while your teaching someone?

Look how well they trained you.

Training or teaching for money is the wrong perspective.

I'm not saying this to be a Ahole at all. Just real truth. Focus on yourself, not others.
