Never seen one like that either. Looking at the finish of the edges I’m guessing a custom hood too? That picture looks to of been taken at least in the early 80’s or earlier based on the trucks in the background.

I like those FLD done like that. Same with the old CH's they look good with fairings/cab extenders but plain Jane they don't look the best

You don't have the split flat glass.? Shoot, your an '01. Is that one of the early years of curved glass.? Yep, I see the difference now.. Your visor is up like the green 9900..

 

Um, cant go by year... Jens current 04 9900 is a two piece windshield. Her previous 04 9900 had a one piece. Dont ask me why....

 

With the curved glass there is 3 mounts that are built into the fiberglass roof. But from what I can tell there is no reason for it to be that ugly?

 

Split or one piece glass is an option but they all went to curved from flat in 2000 I think?
They put an i after the numbers in 2000 because of the extended cowl is my understanding?

Yeah, good point. Heck I seen the 1st & only 1 piece glass '98 379 I've ever seen before the other day.. Guess you can spec anything one wants..
