    Put a old chain thru the tire. Then light it. Then you can collect the cords nice and neat.

    Found a heavy bag hanging up in the studio area of the gym. Did a couple bare knuckle rounds. Gotta remember my wraps and gloves next time. Its a little hard on the hands.

    Just try to avoid blood transfer from the bag, in case the guy that pounded on it before you didn’t do likewise. That can get a bit dangerous. ;)
