Made the delivery in Virden in an hour flat, then empty back to the yard. Going out tomorrow with a local bulk load, then more local bulk next week. Looking forward to celebrating two years of marriage with my wife on the weekend. Got a big surprise planned.

Speaking of gummy bears... is it something with American candy that it has to be tough to chew? Is it the difference in preferences between Canada and the US, or is it just in the ingredients (corn syrup vs. glucose syrup)?

Even the "Aussie style licorice" you guys have down there is tougher than what we have up here... and it's made in the land of Oz.

I was afraid of that? I was scared to try them as the factory is in Indiana and I drive right by there at least a couple times a month. Truck parking too.

Haha, maybe, but I've noticed a genuine difference across most types of candy, from ju jubes to licorice to gummy worms, etc. I'm a big fan of candy, and appreciate the cheaper prices, but I feel sometimes like I'm wearing dentures chewing some things, and they are going to break my teeth.

The Haribo bears were good though, going to have to keep an eye out for the Albanese @wore out .
