7" is a good choice! That's the size I am going put on when the time comes. I'm thinking of going with the west coast tip, not sure yet thou. What do you think looks the best on a Pete?

Well I be passin right on by. I usually take 35 right on to the 50 the few times I got down that way. Good road and only people that belong on it use it.

I'm sure I'm in for a hay load to get home though?

No my 86 359 was gave to me by my uncle. The one in the pics above is a 91 379 I bought last November. Has a 5YG 460hp B model with a 15 over 3.36 rears and tall rubber. It's been well cared for but sat 5 years before I bought it. Before I dropped a wad of cash on it making it suit me I decided it had to prove to me it's a good ride. It's #### sure fit that bill over the course of the last year. Tires, A/C, 1 set of belts, batteries and a slack adjuster is my list of break downs this year. It does need a full brake job though

I'm tore between the miter cut which has always been my choice hands down. But lately I have been seeing a shorter version of the mule ears or bull hauler turn outs that really look good on a stand up. They match the sleeper roof contour nice. Truth be told that's probably what I will go with. What is a West coast tip?

Haha I'm not surprised. I hate this name, and it's not easy to remember. Just wish I could change it.

In spirit of the thread, currently in Terra Haute, IN. Headed to Houston for Monday.
