I found that a stop at the 6 to 7 hour spot for a quick lunch and potty break stretched to 30 min satisfied the DOT and didn't effect my 14 hour clock .
The only time it bothered me was when under a OSOW load between November and March.singlescrewshaker, 2CAN, PoleCrusher and 4 others Thank this. -

That’s pretty much what I like to do too; I can drive up to 8 hours no problem and then I find it better to only have a couple hours left after the break, makes it feel like a real breeze of a drivesinglescrewshaker, PoleCrusher, cke and 1 other person Thank this.
