    I dont think they made a 3/4 ton short bed? And didn't the 3/4 come with leaf springs on the front for the those years? and 1/2 ton had coils in the front ?

    If you were a judge, and someone brought up a lawsuit because someone they knew drank battery acid out of a battery and cooked their guts, what would you do? This is different from the little Darwin kids eating paint chips and getting lead poisoning. Even a motorcycle battery is too heavy for a tot to pick it up turn it over and chug. I know what I would do. I would fine the person presenting the lawsuit AND the lawyer that representing that person and tell both of them to GTFO of my courtroom. It would set a precedent.

    But...they don't do that. Apparently, the judicial system has realize that there is big money to be made by dealing with Stupid.

    I would do the same, and I believe they have a "loser pays" law in the UK now for frivolous lawsuits.
