Yes I have. And when your lifting strength totally fails, you still have strength enough to do negative reps. Muscle failure doesn't happen as long as you can still do negative reps.

 

I do negative reps every day........slide feet out of bed, gravity pulls them to floor. So far it has worked every time!

I had one in the last company truck I drove. It worked fine until some genius beancounter cut the truck back from 430HP to 350HP. I tried to tell them that you can't cut a truck more than 10% factory specs, but I am just a dumb truck driver. Instantly, there was problems. 8th gear wouldn't engage anymore. The truck would just buck back and forth and you had to do the cruise control thing to make it shift into 9th. 7th topped out at 45mph and 9th would bog down at 55mph. Constantly lugging the engine. Lost the engine at 119k on the odometer.
