It's like anything else.... It can all be learned.

None of us were born with any knowledge. We had to learn it somewhere.

You've done a great job here, on TTR, in my opinion, asking questions and learning about your new profession. If you want to learn about livestock just immerse yourself in the subject. Its not rocket surgery, and it seems you definitely have the ability to learn.

I could definitely sink my teeth into a good book on how to care for livestock, I have one or two for falcons haha can’t be all that different (kidding); same principles might apply in some cases though, such as what vitamins a cow needs and what foods contain said vitamin, vaccines, so on and so forth

That’s a pretty nice truck considering it’s not a Peterbilt or Kenworth; dang my memory must be slipping, now @650cat425 is gonna make fun of me, could’ve sworn you said “mirror” and not “window”

That truck was made when freightshakers were still cool.

And if you're in ProStar, Im guessing you have windows in your sleeper. Open them up so you can see out the right side, and you'll be able to see the right rear of your trailer when you're backing on your blindside.

They come in handy when turning off a road where you can’t use your mirrors very well to see what’s coming, too

    I've got a chicken tale for y'all..

I did a contaminated dive in a Perdue chicken waste water pond in Perry, GA ~2006ish.. My dry suit leaked around the mating collar of the suit & dive helmet.. Had to stand in a kiddy pool butt naked in 30°f weather, while I was hosed down, & scrubbed by 2 dudes in hazmat suits & horse brushes on 6' long sticks.. I rarely eat chicken anymore..

So if we ever meet up KFC is off the menu huh, no worries I’ll just grab a big bucket for myself and make chicken noises every now and then
