Only made it 400mi yesterday evening & last night after being in Dallas all day. Made the mistake of stopping for a 2hr nap and some dinner, couldn't sleep so I rolled another 40mi to get past the 1st of 2 scales down here that are closed at night. Hoping the 2nd one in Falfurrias is closed by the time I get down there a little later.

 

You could have come to mesquite and taken me out. LOL

Yea he text ever now and then. The scar in his arm looks like hell, but he finally got a Dr’s release. He was a car salesman till this covid hit.... now he’s steer’n & gear’n a nice looking late model Peterbilt pulling a reefer.....

I said that Pete was a late model, anything after 2001 is late model to me lol.

They just finished repainting the Pete and buffing all the aluminum out, it looks real sharp. 2 tone paint, blue & white....
