    These were the coils I had, not the best job I’m sure but I survived 1400 miles with them lol

    You really need to get bevels cut on that lumber. You'll be amazed how much nicer the coils sit. Seriously, not busting on ya... cut those boards.

    Hard wood or not, take what you can get. Set the board flat like you have it on the deck of your trailer. Then cut a 45 along one of the top edges. If you want, I can send you a picture of mine tomorrow.

    This for sure ..... some companies request you use a beveled timber or they won’t load you. The sharp edge has a tendency to leave a crinkle in softer metal......

    Ohh okay, I thought you meant buy or something; I’d need a circular saw or something similar to do that with but I can cut a 45 no problem
