In 1974 I went to work in the summers at a farm/ranch a couple of hours away from where my family lived. The fellow I worked for had a 4020 that was his newest (and biggest) tractor. I spent many hours on that working summer fallow.

As I remember the transmission dang near took a calculus degree to figure out at first which gear you were in, but then I had never been on ay type of equipment before then.

They also had a TD6 and Ford 8N. The 8N was used primarily for raking hay, and I managed to run over myself with it hooking up to the hay rake. I have never since used my hand on the clutch pedal while standing next to a tractor. My hand slipped of the pedal and the rear tire walked right up my right leg and pushed my over. Worst part was I had to get up and chase the tractor to get it stopped; fortunately it was in first gear so not that hard to catch. Dumb kid mistake, fortunately I lived through a lot of those.....like getting my trousers ripped of by the pto.

It does get up into the 70s or 80s in the afternoon. Does that help?

Guy I’m leased to had an emergency out of state so I had to help out one of his guys. The light panel on a KW is stupid. I can’t belive an engineer would ever sign off on that nonsense? 017643BD-81D7-4B47-8AD3-2D3278F95D42.jpeg 66C961F1-9683-4EF9-B5D7-44B8435543D7.jpeg I accidentally ran over the creeper thou. Notice the tire tracks? 86B4CBB9-794F-4FBC-8250-6C6396E2AC48.jpeg

I see the new air bag and torn light panel. Did he blow a tire?

Turns out they're having lucha noche (?) wrestling.
    The girls are enjoying it.
I never watched wrestling before. I never realized how homo erotic wrestling is.
