    Dang I missed that and was looking for that very thing; is it just me or should there also be a chain on the other side of the big one? Looks a little sketchy to me, keep thinking the other end might swing around on the guy after several or so turns

    Those machines all have tie down points for chains, front and rear on both sides. The mini doesn't need anything across the arm since no removable implements are attached.
