It has acert crank and low comp pistons. Sticking a IPD c-17 piston in making it a c-17 engine. But using cat c-18 liners and rings since IPD has had an issue with their liners. The c17 piston is a copy of a c18 piston but works with my rods. Went with custom head with inconal valves (harder valve) and stainless recessed fire ring. Basically takes my engine from a 15.2 liter to a 17 liter.

I have not seen one but I think it is a power take off that is not transmission dependent. It is engine driven and is clutch controlled and can be used while driving.
    Am I right????
What did I win huh huh huh

That is the flywheel boost spring winder for a GM passenger bus. It was used to wind the big spring that powered the boost flywheel. They stopped using them in the late 60’s, if memory serves me.
