I saw a show on the origination of that steak in New York. Pretty interesting.

 

I'm so dang hankering for one, I'd take it mid rare and close my eyes..don't see don't know....just TASTE~!!!

Can't go near mine tonight; bad storms rolling my way....just put the dirt bikes up. Yeah, think I'll take tonight off and run to get STEAK AND RIBS as soon as they open tomorry, thank ya very much~!
