It comes back quickly though.

I managed to hit a few PRs this week. I'm trying to hit 405 on squat and deadlift. Managed to hit 365 on the deadlift and 345 on the squat. All raw. No straps, braces or belts.

I'd like to try and eventually hit 315 on the bench. Not sure if its possible but I'm gonna try.
