Well it was in Ohio. The bed probably rusted apart at 3 years old. I liked them and the scouts. To bad they didn't use better metal!

 

Well if you read history you know the entire span of humans has been a shift from relinquishing of 1 'freedom' to a different 'freedom'. Easy us now saying we had freedom in the past. I respectfully point out we've never been fully free nor will we ever be truly unfree. We traded autonomy for some security against tooth and claw, then against starvation and weather. Then subjugated by superstition and myth and cultural norms. We were conscripted by force, enslaved by class, or just manipulated by fate or circumstances. Religion or kingdom/fifedom or just the local powerful bully and his family.
Actual freedom is an internal condition very separate from external forces and only exists in conditions most people don't choose to cultivate.
Is the freedom from brainwashing worth losing your free social media or free "newz" source? Is freedom from debt worth a lifetime of 2nd hand clothes or cars?
Just ideas.

 

Went a tiny bit Outlaw this morning and dodged the scale that's between San Antonio and Houston in Luling. The #### thing is a super coop now and they've got it opened every morning it seems like.
