Good people up there for sure. They have always been friendly to us as we are only a stone's throw away from them.

Grilled pineapple goes good on everything. I'm glad you posted that, I'll be adding that to mine tonight.

    Moved this over yesterday.

We grill fresh pineapple once in awhile... .I also make a pineapple salsa. Just make it like pico but substitute tomato for pineapple and I put cumin in it for a smokey flavor.

Other than the dent in the earth, no damage.

I tilted the trailer and rolled the front down onto the concrete blocks. My plan was to loosen the come along and pull the trailer out from under the smoker a little at a time as it rolled down the deck. The balance point of the smoker was such, that as I pulled forward, the heavier deck laid back down and tipped up the smoker.

My wife got a good laugh out of it.

Throwin some food down my neck at Huddle House in Monahans, Tx. Unloaded about 2hrs ago up the road. I was the only truck in the yard and the punk ### forklift driver acted like he was in some #### hurry to unload me as I was folding up my big ### tarps. Intold him if he caused my tarps to fall as I had them partially folded he was gonna help. Me refold them. So punk gets smart with me and says "well you need a hard hat, pants and boots on" (I was in shorts and tennis shoes because its a hundred #### degrees here). So I got back in the truck while he sat there in the heat as I casually put on a safety yellow shirt, some jeans and my boots, then drank a bottle of water and enjoyed the ac some more. After that I jumped out folded and rolled my tarps, then rolled my straps in 7min. Then stood there and watched the forklift dick take the pallets off my trailer.

Zeviander, Tug Toy, BigBob410 and 3 others Thank this.
