When I walked out in the shop after hearing the impact hammering hard, going ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba...baaaaaaaaaam!

I knew something was wrong. He actually said he dont believe me when I said "youre going the wrong way " and he said that they were just "seized". I said, ahhh no. You need to look at the inner barrel. It has a L on it. That means LEFT hand thread. Try it.

Ba ba ba ba ba baaaaaaa....it came off. We hunted around there for an hour and found some in a box.

I should have know there was something wrong when he was trying to fit a 33mm socket on the 1-1/2 Lug nuts.

One of them said they were the wrong lug nuts and the big washers were gone. They also didnt know what a plastic wheel protector ring was.

One thing I found interesting, if you tell them you have a low tire, once they check it and confirm its "low"....they wont air it up unless you pay them to dismount the tire and check it.

That is just sad. We shouldn't have to look over their shoulders to make sure they are doing things right. That should of been something they learned from the start and go from there. It is tough to find decent help anymore.
