24 months I did in a IH dealer. Biggest crooks I have ever seen. Never worked at a dealer after that.

 

Directly across the street, next to the Pilot, is Jimmy’s Chicken and Seafood. Their jumbo shrimp plate is incredible. Rough looking area, but no one anywhere is tough anymore, so walk on in.

 

Do not buy BBQ coon if it does not still have a foot on it. Some will slide a cat in on you. A well prepared coon is very good but I hear cat is a little ruff.

Haters will hate. The more successful you are, the more haters you will have. A hater is your biggest fan. They follow everything you do and pay attention to every word spoken. Be sure to thank them. If you had zero haters, THEN be worried.

You can tell the difference. Coon will be a tad on the greasy side, they got that sticky sort of fat. Cat will be a lot leaner and a be a little stringy, unless it’s stewed. Then all bets are off.
