I was more making fun of my attention to assembly of a death trap for my daughter. But seriously you should be ok to get were your going. But it needs attention sooner than later. Wish I knew more about them, just don't.

 

Look at the rake on the forks.
Actually it is the handlebar mount on backward, the fender is mounted right. You just need to turn the fork around and remount the handlebars and accesories.
