Missing the milk.

 

To sum it up. Things have been going good so far. Though I did run over my 70 today by 10 minutes. I had enough time to drop and hook at Hershey and get to the pilot. But the GPS told me to get off on A not B. So it took me 15 minutes to get turned around and back to the truck stop.

I get 8 hours back tomorrow. Ironically my next load is out of Hershey, too. If I had known. I would have just bobtailed out. Since I will just have to drop off my empty trailer anyways. Would have saved me time and made turning around easier.

Been to Kansas, Sioux City, Hackensack, and back. The load tomorrow goes to Texas. Thinking after that. They might start routing me down to Florida. To take my home time finally. As I told them I wanted to run at least 10 days. To have money on reserve. Already submitted the paperwork for over 2k miles. Should have around 4k miles total. Once this next trip is in the books. So around 1600 before taxes...etc.

 

Did some screwing around with the wife all morning today. The 3/8 channel didn’t fair so well.

 

For a week.

 

I hear they have been pumping liquid nitrogen in it for a few days. Still coming out at 400°f tonight.

 

Wouldn't it be easier and more accurate to use a drill ta make the bolt holes ??........just asking!
