I let the smoke out of the Dewalt today. It’s been used hard as my main grinder since 1996. First real tool I ever bought. 26185091-C941-407E-954B-190BA67204BF.jpeg So got myself a birthday present!!! 6119D051-7FDA-4130-B3D5-D00A0C58EE50.jpeg Going to try and take er for a spin tomorrow maybe.

Sooooooo, roadtrip next week. Probably going to need a logbook. Where would one go to buy one? Or is it legit to just print off 15 loose leafs from the internet and use those for my previous 14 and the travel day?

jamespmack, cke, PoleCrusher and 3 others Thank this.

Taking them off my trailer. They are stainless and only a couple years old. Hopefully getting a new trailer this year and the boxes add 0 valve to the resale. Same reason I had my casings caped and put on the trailer. New virgin tires are worthless for resale too. Money wise anyway.

Wander over to the J in Nisku and pick up a package of looseleaf logs. If they are out you may find some at the store at the Nisku truckstop one exit south. You may find them at a trailer parts sales desk as well.
Be sure to fill out a sheet for each 8 hour day you work for the last 14 days before you go driving, your days off in a row can be listed on a single sheet (Canadian rules). They must be duplicates with the second copies filed with your employer.

I was thinking about trying the truckstop over by Blackjacks but Napa isn't too far away either.
