Little door slamming today, gotta figure out how to handle my chains and binders without banging my stub finger lol...

 

Spent the first 18 years of my life rural. Over the past 20 years I've missed it pretty much every day. Wanted to go back rural about five years ago when we bought the house we're in now, but we opted to stay in city limits so our daughter could stay where the good schools were. Now that she's graduated and doing the college thing we're getting the idea to make the rural thing happen when it's possible.

Could be sooner rather than later if silly me hadn't decided to go to work for myself and invest money in that. But, up until this weekend we were still fine with where we're at.

So for now, I finally put up the security cameras we got a few months back. What's sad is we don't live in an overall bad neighborhood. Rotten apples doing what they do..

I’m giving James a run for his money today on these got dang backroads, flipping through my atlas like a meth addict

 

Not sure, but I accidentally caught it between the sections of the wooden garage door on our house. It was unlatched from the opener, and without any springs to help with the weight it came down pretty fast. I missed the grab handle and my finger went in the area where the doors hinge, they were open at that point, as it followed the track down it closed up and pinched my finger. Realizing what was happening I yanked my arm..... pulled the end right off lol, hurt like everything too!! This was this morning...

 

It looks like beef jerky!

 

Thats called anti-lock brakes.

 

Dang dude I can feel that! Ouch ouch ouch!

 

better the finger than the pecker getting snipped like that. lol
