As much as I like cast iron. A seasoned pizza stone come in handy at home. But put stone in when you pre heat oven. Bring stone up to temp before cooking.

Stuck in gd Laredo because lazy immigrants cant work a full day and have to go home before 4pm. Now instead of being in N Tx tomorrow morning, I won't get up there till tomorrow late afternoon. Completely screws me on this pay period and next next weeks.

Its fine. I'm fine. Everything is fine.

So pull your keys out of Monster and tell him you will move when he pays up.

I’ve sold things without knowing. And then evidently I got paid without knowing also. What am I missing here?

I'm felling froggy. How do we know they are lazy, is 4pm a sign of working a short day? Do you know what time they started? Maybe they were full of self indulged truckers. Just because your day did not go as planned, don't make others lazy. Welcome to owning a business. Things don't go as normal everyday. Maybe they are lazy and quit early. Who knows. Maybe they seen you coming and said "f@@@Him".

I don't know the brand, wife does the shopping. They're kosher, meaning no yeast. Taste good and you can eat more without feeling so stuffed.

Their day starts at 9am...IF they decide to show up on time. They all live in Mexico and leave early to beat the daily rush back over the border. Same reason why they dont start till 9am. The forklift drivers there also beg for money and tell you how little they get paid. They expect a tip for doing their job.

This place routinely loads till 5pm. Ive rolled in there at 4:30 and was told "no problem we're here till 5". Now all of a sudden its 4pm, I pulled in and parked before 4 and walked into the office at 4:07.

I however started my day at 3am and was going to work and run till about 8pm. I never ask anyone to work harder than Im willing to. I wont ask anyone to do anything Im not willing to, unless Im paying them. A 7hr work day with an hour lunch in the middle isnt exactly a strenuous day, imo. All of us here work muxh harder than that and Im pretty sure we're all proud of it.

I get it, its trucking. We all get it stuck up our ### every now and then. But this place is one of those shippers that doesn't work with truck drivers, just treats us like we're trash and we can work around their schedule. I actively try to avoid coming here, but my dispatcher asked nicely if I'd cover the load, so I did.

I don’t blame the immigrants when it comes to coming here for work and they do have a point about being paid so little; I blame these companies and elected officials that take advantage of them, it’s not right for them to break our laws and they’re lucky they’re getting paid anything, but I find it quite UnAmerican as well. (Preaching to the choir, not you specifically lol)

See that is a better explanation. I would feel the same. Now my advise. Its your fault, you went there. You know how to tell if a dispatcher is a liar? Thier mouth is moving. You have to be ok with saying no!. Its not a favor, or even a family member asking for help. Its a paid employee needing to say and pay just enough to complete a job.

At the end of the day, your running a business that you and your family eat from. Im a prick but saying this with respect.
