Popeyes look like the "baby spinach" or "espinafre baby"



Several kinds of spinach are sold here in Brasil...
The one I prefer is the "espinafre da Nova Zelandia" or "spinach from New Zeeland"... very popular here...

 

The Brazilian minister of agriculture spoke the other day about the government's plans to increase agricultural production and use chemicals in the soil and food to make them look bigger and prettier and last longer on the shelves. Certainly our food will lose their flavor just like those in the USA.
And the other day I read something about Bill Gates saying that "rich" nations should eat synthetic beef...
Not joking... Read here...
Anyway... I think eventually there will be food shortages anywhere...

 

I didn't fight my way to the top of the food chain to become a vegitarian.

 

The production is not as large as in the USA. Research began some years ago and the challenges in the sector are great but the development of "transgenics" or genetically modified organisms continues.

 

Hey... what about those folks in FL? I bet they are in T shirts and shorts too down there... I heard it may get to 90F tomorrow... only in FL...

Well, my wife heads to Fort Myers tomorrow to see her dad. It was in the 80’s there today lol.....
