Depends on if you're leased or running your own numbers. Leased on it wouldn’t be any more than anyone else at the company, only factor would be the value of your equipment. On your own, it would be extremely high.

Yes that’s what I was told; I want to find a truck that needs work done on it so that I can learn how to fix it on my own haha a good engine is a necessity though, nothing major that would make it a parts truck!jamespmack, Brettj3876, singlescrewshaker and 4 others Thank this.

Green is my favorite color too!!

awhile back, & I saved it cause if I decide to hang onto Ol Buck & put a cutoff on like Tug just did, its getting painted this green..
The reason I'd guess that 389 is still sitting there, is because of the bunk on it.. Yeah, they call it a 58", but let's be real, they are full of sheet.. Pete basically added 8-10" to all the bunk sizes in name only.. That's a 48" standup. The only way one can stand up is calves against the bed. Very little room..
So what I'm saying is, had they spec'd a 48" flattop, It'd be long gone. Small flattop=cool, small standup=weird.. It still looks awesome, but why have a tall bunk if you can't really move around in it..? But that's just my take on why it's still there..jamespmack, Swine hauler, AModelCat and 5 others Thank this. -
That’s kinda what I was thinking. That looks like an awful small 58 inch sleeper.jamespmack, Swine hauler, singlescrewshaker and 3 others Thank this.

If you want to go that route, I highly suggest pre 2007. An FLD or a T800 would be the top two models, then T600, anything western star, International 9300i. Cummins N14 or a Detroit 60. CAT made good engines, but they've always been pricey. JMO from 22 yrs of watching dreamy eyed new truck owners go bankrupt.jamespmack, Swine hauler, beastr123 and 4 others Thank this.
