Well @MACK E-6 my buddy walked away from the super dog, said the cab was junk!!

He did end up with another Mack though, a V8 powered Mack....

The thing rarely leaves the highway. We wanted full fenders to keep mud from grainery/port lots from getting thrown up into the nose of the trailer and on the back of the cab and whatnot. Just wasn't a priority on the list till now.

 

But your trailer doesn’t have fenders...

I think it was 85,87 they started galvanizing the cabs?

 

Not sure to be honest...

 

I should know. My great uncle had a fleet of r models. Just can't recall the year. The galvanized lasted much longer.
