+1 on the 3M Panel Adhesive. It's a little pricey but it goes a long way and works extremely well. Used it quite a bit myself.

 

Freightliner is different from pete on fan control so yours will be different than mine on that unfortunately.

I can't really think of anything cat specific I need currently that wouldn't be different

Can't seem to find anyone who sells Sikaflex 211 nearby or online.

That panel adhesive. Definitely a little pricy. I mean the cab will be 100% huckbolted back together like when new, just want to put something in there to waterproof everything before I lock it down with the hucks.

Most of it has to do directly with me, but I will say this..
Ever since that "new" camshaft I've been down in the 7.6-7.9 range. Before that, I could get 8.5 without even trying..
