Where is everyone #5

Alright question for some you guys. I Finaly am almost done with my first manual to power window door swap. Only had minutes at a time to work on it. New lock solenoids and window motors. Cleaned and mixed parts for window regulators. It all works. I need to rivet the regulator frame to door pannel. Its a short 1x4" rivet with a small center pin the same as a 3/16" rivet. Oems were like a split head that flared out in a star, or x. Ive never seen them. I bolted two in with SS bolts to test. But don't have the depth for the other two holes, by the gear.

First time doing this, the second one should be quicker.

I don't even own one. Went to the Walmart in Illinois the other day and the greeter gal asked me if I needed one.....said no and kept walking. All I heard is sirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....getting quieter as I kept walking....lol. no thanks.

 

I'm getting close to stopping wearing mine. If they worked, we wouldn't be setting records every day for new cases.

I have never worn one that I can remember. I don't care if others choose to, that is their choice. I don't drink that cool aid. They shut down our economy, expanded the vast welfare state and folks willingly gave up their rights with a smile on their face. Nope, not for me.

 

After not being OTR for about 8,9,10 years or so....some things don't change. All of the POS truckstops are still that. No updates whatsoever...and no real new ones either. There are a few, but gees, trying to find parking sucks. I stopped for fuel at the Sapp bros, but they took out their parking...suck! So I'm parked behind a liquor store in Ogallala......swell. the guy next to me has an ancient reefer, which is super loud and I still have no a/c. Ugh
