I was on a creeper seat when the buffer took a trip up my arm. You got good insurance? lol I still can't believe I did it. Most is healed up now, except that dang tender spot by the inside of my elbow.

I went weeks like that. Elbow, and armpit. Its just like road rash. Everytime I bent my arm it hurt. Skun up to me is worse than cut.

Think of it this way. Once you do my wheels, tanks, and tubs on my hopper you will be healed up. Just like physical therapy. I wont even charge you for it!:D

But the mental therapy could take months....

I've probably sniffed to many chemicals today....the sweet smell of 2-4-D is in the air.

Hopefully I didn't kill all of Mama's flowers.

Hey what kind of operation you think I run. Alcohol fixes inside and outside boo-boos. Anything more mentally we will need to refer you to a specialist. We are physical therapy, just here to get your body back to work.

I have 2 Dewalt D28499X's and I have a Milwaukee 6078 variable speed for finishing, though I don't recommend it. I've already had to replace the armature once, and after only a year, it's not smelling like it's going to last long either. Variable speed is tough on them, let alone the abrasive rouge dust. I'll try one of the ones that DC Shine or Evan's recommends next time.

The last few years I've been using Zephyr rouge. Brown with a 10" #4 Fast Cut wheel, and white with a white/blue 10 wheel. Not sure if it's me or what, but the green is just too wet and I can never get good results, regardless of what wheel or speed I try.

Now, after I did most of my polishing, I picked up a stick of Menzema 480BLF and am seriously impressed. I'm going to pick up Menzema green and white next and may end up throwing the zephyr sticks into the old 5 gallon bucket of other rouge bars that didn't impress.

It's been a learning experience. Things that worked great on a stand polisher with small parts are horrible when trying to keep tiger stripes and hazing off large flat surfaces like my trailer doors.
