Where is everyone #5

Yet another set of Meritor Armor guard shoes. I hate rust, can't even wear the parts out. Somewhere around 200-250k miles.

 

Sitting here at a truck stop. Minding my own.
Has to be like 35 plus empty spots. Some spots are 5 or 6 empty in a row. So what does the refer driver do?
Yep, makes a hard back right in next to me.

 

Whats the problem? Looks like they could go another 100k.

 

Go back to flats. Problem solved.

 

I think they make them to be replaced annually now. The way most of the so called drivers are anymore they're probably grinding metal after 100k miles.

 

I get that darn near every day.

I just remenber Lima, always felt greasy after a shower. Any weekend I could come north, first thing I did was shower at mom and dad's on well water. Felt clean. Now iron/rust? Got my monthly doses. Its still hard with softener.

But I won't go into theories about Lima water and why the streets are like glass after a soft rain.

I take care of my old junk, and gentle on brakes. They should have went more than another 100k.
