    My mouth is on fire....

One of Mama's favorite meals in the keys are the lettuce wraps at Caroline's...so we had basically deconstructed lettuce wraps.

But.....the peanut sauce we have is a bangkok sauce...it's a little warm.

Mama just came out with a bowl of ice cream.....just A bowl and didn't offer it to me.

Hope she didn't eat it all.....

My sailing buddy really likes Nicaragua on the Caribbean side. The exact area he was fond of slips my mind , but it will come back around.

Not too far north. Overnight Lows are still just above 0c (32f). In the summers lows average about 10-12c (50f). I have seen snow in every single month in my lifetime.
Last summer was a cool one. Hottest we had for a few days was 33c(91f)
Summer average is about 25c (77f)
By September we start having frost.
I've been down east, Niagara falls and New York. I have no idea how you guys survive the heat and humidity.
I use a/c in my vehicle about 20 times a year.
(No ac in a school bus, but 7 heater fans and 4 heater cores)
We have a portable ac for the house. Used maybe 10 days a year. It's all what you are accustomed to. My sister lives in Toronto. I'd die there.
@AModelCat and I used to live and work at the 2nd red dot. Weird thing is it gets both hotter and colder there.

Summers with lows of 10-12°c or 50°f sounds pretty fantastic!! Not sure I'd survive one of y'alls winters though.? I'm already cold around 0°c 32°f, especially when the wind picks up to 25mph +..

I didn't screenshot it at the time, but was already 91°f feel like 99°f because of humidity last week in the Everglades. It's gets pretty sticky here..

When I rode the cheese wagon for middle school, little bit of high school we didn't have ac on the bus either, but heat & humidity never seemed to bother me as a kid.. Matter of fact I'm not even sure they had heat.? Or it was never turned on. Windows down 95% of the time, windows up sweatshirt on the handful of mornings it was chilly. Now they roll around with tinted windows & 2 rooftop ac units.!

Oh, I forgot this the other day. Check out the elevation.. -6 ft lol
