I'm putting in for overtime!

 

I don’t know. Meat science sounds pretty important, doesn’t it ?? Lol. Her end goal is to become a USDA meat inspector.

 

Oh Great so I will have to wait on her to sign off on my meat loads. lol

 

One of my sister inlaws went that route. Doctor in vet meds, then a few masters. She has more letters after her name than in her name. But she was a inspector in Roswell NM, till they started processing horses for other countries. She had relocated to NC, and now rights the USDA rules and regs. Does well for them.

 

Don't have your wheels balanced if you run centramatics. The weights on the wheels and the centramatics will cancel each other out.

I was strapping down this load and thought.....what would @singlescrewshaker do? So I put 2 straps across the back to help me sleep better..

 

Just looks like a cool process. I'd like to see it in person.
