I'll check em out. My air filters were a tad dirty. Blew them out because no one around has any in stock.

Held 40 for 20 plus minutes. No leaks in the CAC. See above for filters.
FedEx says they'll deliver a fuel pressure gauge today but we will see. That's the next thing to check.

You test pipes and intake? Check air compressor inlet hose?

Not a cat guy, maybe others will know more. But if it has the aluminum spacer, housing on back of water pump. Sometimes the erode and cause slow flow and higher temps.

Will not explain fuel milage. Only temp.

We got the pump on and timed at 18 degrees. That's where the pump guy told us to start from. Put a new 170 thermostat in and before long a new radiator. There's enough room for another core so we might as well upgrade.

Got a tarp set up over the truck Lol nothing but rain this weekend

Get your ecm read and see what the engine rating is. I think the factory 550 tune is a really good place to start out and has kept me content for almost 8mo. With my wg line pinched my truck doesn't seem to blow any smoke. Uphill it wont even touch 900deg on the egts (post turbo).

I see about 6-6.5mpg depending on idling, thats grossing just shy of 80k most days and including dh miles, which can be upto 500mi a week and idling.

Id like to have my engine put a solid 500hp to the tires, which I think would be about 650-670 at the flywheel.

Is it a factory turbo or aftermarket?

Something similar every year over at my friends house. Big party come harvest time. Last year my friends dad was still steaming corn on the cob at 3am drunker than drunk. Ate enough corn that night not to want anymore the rest of the year. Their idea of fireworks is setting off a few qtr sticks of dynamite
