Don't kid yourself about anyplace in Evanston being uppity. It is a town based almost entirely on four industries: ranching, trucking, oilfield and railroad. I've been in Bon Rico when there were people wearing suits and ties at one table and people wearing ballcaps and muck boots at the next table. But the dude who owns it makes up for the atmosphere with the quality of the food.

Not enjoying the 100 degree heat and all the smoke from the fires. Found out today that a co-worker just put in his two weeks notice, and I was offered to potentially move out of the truck and into warehouse ops. Not sure what I should do... Like driving because it gets me out of the shop and away from the office politics, but sometimes a cushy job sounds nice. I've got some time to think about the offer, and it depends on if the replacement for co-worker has a Class A or is interested in being trained to get a Class-A.
Choices, choices.Oxbow, cke, Hurricane69 and 12 others Thank this. -
