So boys. Since it's getting hot I have to ask again. Average temps you're seeing with your cat motors and what's the fan kicking on at?

Bought a 195° thermal switch a couple weeks ago and all was well. Now that it's hot it's keeping the fan engaged because I rarely see below 200° I ordered a 215° switch today as I've read that cat has it hard set at 217° for fan on. Just want to be sure that that's the correct temp for it to be coming on if the ecm were able to control it.

Truck goes in Monday for decals and then straight to mhc to have the injectors checked.

 

Time for a new water pump. Only problem is there are no new ones in the country, can’t even get a used one.

A million of those engines out there and not a single water pump in the country. That's r e t a r d e d.

 

Welp nothing to fancy. But turned out good.

SPG and hickory about 3.5 hours smoke, 1.5minutes over fire, finished to 165 wrapped up in foil. I know I blackened the outside, but removed at 163°. I like charred, but juicie and tender in the middle.

Skinless chicken breast is far from my fav. But wife and doc seam to think a beef ribeye per night is to much.

So I make these like FJ like his fight attended.

Yeah we do need another boom. Had to go all the way to Valleyview to git a load used drilling pipe...the stuff is hard to come by nowadays. Every oil patch boneyard used to have some.

 

I’m not missing this flight rofl leaves at 9, it’s 6 am and I’m almost there; I’d ask this guy for some motion sickness medicine but I get a feeling if I take what he gives me I’ll be pretending to the the Karate Kid on one of the wings while in air

 

Will never ####ing do this one again. Behind me is a skinny 1 way packed to the brim with trucks so I had to play make a spot facing the wrong way on a 1 way street.
