Where is everyone #5

That was me last time on a plane after bringing a frac pump down to schlumberger's yard in Denton TX. Was booked to fly back the same day i got there after a 750mi day. Just barely made it on time to the airport. Passed out not even 10 min after takeoff

 

Temp is not too bad here tonight.


Sunday will be sunny and I will walk some miles again...

It's all good brother. I'm not trying to put words In anyone's mouth, but I don't think he meant anything by those comments. It's all in good fun. Tensions on here have been high lately. It's hard to get a group of folks together like this. It's hard to convey words online when you can't see a person's face or tone of voice. I joke alot, it's what gets me through the day. My life has been crazy for years now and jokes are how I make it through. The Ole, if I don't laugh I'll cry bit. Anywho, I wish everyone on here the best....even Ron.

 

That was quite a short trip, huh... And you didn't even enjoy the flight back... or did you?

 

I agree with the fact that it's hard to convey words, ideas and opinions online when we can't see and hear each other.... So many times I have typed many words just to delete it all cause it may be misunderstood... IMO the internet is not a good place for a good conversation...

 

Elmira NY to Denton TX Lol. Roughly 1850mi the way the permits had me routed. Instead of running me down 81 to Tennessee i got routed all the way to St Louis and down, 3 day trip. I consider that a long long trip when I'm used to running 300-350 a day

I've only been west of the Mississippi a few times. I should really get out more

I woke up mid flight had 2 beers and went back to sleep. Had a window seat with nobody next to me so I could stretch out

 

I didn't work for Schlumberger directly, it was a 3rd party company driving Schlumberger trucks. (really common in the oilfield) we got treated pretty good, even tho the trucks had sleepers they always put us up in a hotel if we had to take our 10hr reset

 

Nothing beats an empty gym and a 2:30-4:15 workout. Coffee time!

 

Where in the sam hills you been hide’n lol....?
