    Hell cuz it costs a lot less than a lambo :D In my experience when you buy one of these rifles apart from quality you’re paying a lot for pretty furniture, the plain Jane ones aren’t that much compared to the others; few grand id say, been awhile, I would look at Taylor’sfirearms or something like that; they’re an American company that does quality control and spice up many old west firearm clones made by an Italian company called Uberti who’s guns have been featured in pretty much every Western movie; also there’s a more expensive company called Pedersoli that makes them and they have better furniture overall

    I have a Winchester model 94 in .357 Mag, but I wouldn’t mind trading it for a Henry since it has the curved grip. A straight grip would be a more authentic companion for my .357 single action.

    .357 Henry would be my dream. But ill never get rid of the 30/30 it's pre 1930's. It was my first own gun at 11 years old.

    Good. That’s the attitude to have.

    I can only imagine what an inspiration it will be if you beat the odds.

    Years ago, I bought a new Winchester 94 in .44 mag, trapper model, 16" barrel, neat little gun with a kick, still have it. Gave my old 94 30-30 to my son, killed more deer back in the day with that then any other gun...

    I had a friend we all know send me these this morning from New Mexico. I’m sure he’d share them himself if he were here.

    @D.Tibbitt You have competition. ;)
