Well lets check the calendar..
Rolled home on the 28th. On the 29th took my girl for a little 7ish hr jaunt across the state to West Palm beach & back to dump off the 3rd stop. And been parked ever since..
Probably time for me to go back work!! lol

My plan was to stay home a week, but Hurricane Elsa started roll'n our way. I was "asked " to stay & batten down the hatches. Elsa was a big ole nothing burger, here, which is greatly appreciated by me. But the load board looked like garbage the rest of the week in my feather weight division.. 12 loads to pick from vs 261 in the 48k lbs range. Florida is rough on a single screw..

 

Today he would be given a certificate of appreciation and a tax credit for saving the government transportation costs.

 

Did someone say "huge rack"...

oh good god. Dumb ####. I see he hasn't passed any low bridges yet. Gonna be in a world of trouble when he does. Surprised he hasn't gotten pulled over yet

IMO the purpose of a marriage is to build a family or at least build a life long relationship with a "better half" where there's respect, mutual understanding, love, trust and both people can grow together.
Sure so many people make thoughtless, hasty and stupid decisions and end up marring the "wrong" person... that goes for males and females. It gets even worse when these people make babies and ruin their kids' life as well... and the cycle goes on...
It's true that so many just can't realize what they are doing wrong and insist in their mistakes marrying the "wrong" person over and over again.
For some people, it's better to live alone than spending their whole life in unhappy marriages. But not everybody recognizes what is wrong...
If all one wants is excitement, fun, sex, entertainment, then marriage is not the answer... better never marry...
