    Im currently sitting at my drop off in Searcy, Ar. My 1st dry van load and Im ready to hang it up lol. Sitting and sitting and sitting...

    Found an auction coming up that has a 50ft stepdeck. We're gonna check it out.

    If you're at that Walmart DC I can see why. I was there many years ago, haven't hauled a WM load since. They are ridiculously slow about unloading.

    The tag is gone but... I see enough to figure it's 1948 to 1951 model. On the VA series J.I Case tractors if they have a tag on the dash, you take the first 2 numbers and subtract 4 to get the year model. I have a V series which is the predecessor to the VA, they were only built for 2 years. I own the first tractor I ever set on, back around 1969, barely remember it but it always stuck with me. A 1946 Case VAI, got the original Case Detroit mowing machine for it still. It has the ability to mow at any position including standing up. Guess that's why the Dept of Highways like them.... cutting overhanging vines and briars on the roads.
