Got it 3 years ago with a previously repaired rotted fuel tank. Rest of it is mint. All plastics and side covers perfect. Only 10000km (6200miles)
Took 3 years to find a tank. And the tank I found is cosmetically not great. Going to have a US company Clarke make me a plastic one. They are not producing them anymore but will make to order. New tires, brakes, wheel bearing and fork seals. My boy is going to street ride it to learn, it will be my in town small bike. And it is my dirt bike now.

Had to look that up. Wow, that is some amazing riding. added to the list of life.
49th parallel will prevent that this year.
I'm supposed to ride to Tulsa Ok next year. Hoping to take my bike and make a 3 week trip out of it. Want to ride pike's peak too.singlescrewshaker, OLDSKOOLERnWV, DeereRunner97 and 10 others Thank this. -
I love to ride. I put 12000 miles on bike last year. The bdr series are really fun. My riding buddy has 36000 on his in just under 2 years. Going to Seattle to check out the new ducati multistrada v4. They look like fun. Got mine stuck in the snow last year. Actually had to shovel it out of almost waist deep snow. I was riding on top of it until it got warm out and started rotting.beastr123, singlescrewshaker, OLDSKOOLERnWV and 7 others Thank this.

Do you ever goto any of the provincial parks? I really like the jasper area. Good places to ride around there. What's in Tulsa? Are you in BC?
Edit: sorry, I see you are in Alberta. The old man river basin is a really good area aswell.singlescrewshaker, OLDSKOOLERnWV, DeereRunner97 and 6 others Thank this. -
I've been to almost every corner of the 3 western provinces. My favorite riding area for street is south western bc, kootenays and arrow lake areas.
Off road I'll ride anywhere. I've been exploring a vast area southwest of robb ab. I'll have some pics by the end of summer. I posted a few last year.
As for Tulsa, it's where they assemble international buses. Have a complimentary 5 day training course and plant tour when I can get there.beastr123, singlescrewshaker, OLDSKOOLERnWV and 10 others Thank this. -
They don't make em like that anymore. They rip pretty good for a 250. Torque-y feeling motorbeastr123, singlescrewshaker, OLDSKOOLERnWV and 8 others Thank this.

Looks good buddy. Nice to see someone saving the old bikes. Especially old Hondas.cke, beastr123, singlescrewshaker and 8 others Thank this. -
Dude...take a load to the states. Throw the bike on the truck. Park at my place. We can shoot across the magruder corridor over to Yellowstone. Ride the bear tooth highway, then head south and hit the grand canyon. Head north and do the bdr. Then back home. Come on...you'll love it. Peer pressure...you gotta give in.

Edit: we camp most of the time. Might get a hotel room Here and there, just to refresh. We only eat out lunch usually. Usually pretty fun and fairly cheap trips. We stop and see stuff along the way. We don't really plan. We just have a general idea of where we wanna end up. It's good times.cke, DeereRunner97, singlescrewshaker and 5 others Thank this.
