It's kinda hard to throw rocks at folks who have lived the things others just talk about. I have thus conversation alot with a guy in the Politics section. He just spews crap that he learned on TV about something that I know of first hand and lived. It's a common thread with a certain crowd.

There is no limit on distance for pc set by the gooberment, a carrier can impose a limit. As long as it's not continuance of interstate commerce there is no limit as far as the fmcsa cares.

Adverse conditions is definitely limited to the nearest safe place to park as you are still furthering interstate commerce.

You can park somewhere at the end of your day. PC to the other side of town for dinner or whatever you want. Then PC back to where you originally parked before coming on duty. In that instance you didn't advance the load while off the clock.

Yes runs good, 18hp Fairbanks, not actually hit & miss but looks are the same.... oilfield water cooled engine, thermosyphon cooling.....
