How do you deal with rest days? I know rest days are essential but I seem to have this thing in my head that tells me that unless I'm moving weight I'm not progressing.Flint1, jamespmack, cke and 4 others Thank this.

Rest days gives the muscles a chance to heal after they have been broke down. Lifting weights and working out when I was younger gave me a lot of energy, plus the ladies was always feeling my biceps. I enjoyed those days.

Yeah I don't think we'll ever have an apu again. All the money we've spent on this one in the last 6 years, we could have bought a brand new generator every year for 15 years.Flint1, jamespmack, cke and 8 others Thank this.

You have the arctic package like we do. If your coolant temperature drops below 32° it will fire up so you're not cold starting your engine.Flint1, cke, DeereRunner97 and 4 others Thank this.

Well I found out why I couldn’t get the plug out, it had some solid plastic debris in it and I had to do a little redneck ingenuity rofl
@D.Tibbitt I didn’t ignore your question it’s just the shop was closed for the day last night and I only have half the plugs out as of now
P.S. I just got all of them out, none of them really look bad, but there was one that was just a tad sandy around the threads
That part that plugs into the coil pack, the one you have to unplug when you take a coil pack out; do those come with a new set of coil packs or do I have to buy them separately? I’m not sure if I should buy some new ones... none of them appear to be messed up as far as I knowAttached Files:
Flint1, jamespmack, cke and 3 others Thank this. -

Ive been wanting to get rid of the apu and mount a honda or similar generator in its place. The generator seems more powerful and way cheaper to maintain.
