Bad plug, but usually bad coil. If the purge solenoid doesn't close, it'll choke it out too, but with the other codes, probably not so much since you've either got air leaks, a stuck vent solenoid back by your canister, or both.

Yes. Once, got about half way to a load pick up and the load cancelled. Which is just as well because I had a couple gremlins pop up on the drive back.... Then when I was out test driving to make sure I'd murdered said gremlins, had a proportioning valve go KABOOM..... Fixed that and since I've just been tackling odds and ends to get her in better shape.

    Used truck things.

Plus I've had some personal stuff going on at home that I've needed to stay close for, those are looking resolved so I'm good to leave the house without worrying too much. So this year as been a bit of a bust so far, and all I can do now is just make sure I cover my overhead.

I try not to talk too much about personal life here, because that's just how I am. It's been a good thing that my wife's income covers our household expenses and then some.

Monday, I do shoulders and triceps. Tuesday is legs. Wednesday is back, bicep and forearms. I bench with on Thursday. Friday is power cleans, deadlifts.

When I speak of resting, I am talking about a specific muscle group. You can hit the gym and push iron every day. Just be sure to allow that specific muscle group to fully recover before you blast them again.

I don't really stick to a strict plan. I try and hit legs Mondays and chest/shoulders on Tuesdays. Depending on how I'm feeling I'll either hit back on Wednesdays or take Wednesdays off and do back on Thursdays. Friday is leg day again. I usually hit deadlifts first on Saturdays then focus on my weak points.

I don't really do much isolation work on the arms. I figure they get hit hard enough on the compound moves.

I tend to walk upwards of 12-15k steps a day at work so that tends to wear on me after a couple days.

Shoulders were my weak point. Especially when I started benching over 315. So I started the week with shoulders. I had to rehab the shoulders and so I gave them their own day. When I was younger, I didn’t do bicep work, because the biceps take a beating on back day and it’s a much smaller muscle group than the triceps. I used to not do tricep work until at a contest, I failed to lock out 475lbs on a bench.

Years ago, my goal was 500lb bench. Now, I just want to look better.

    Sort of like this guy.

I need to hit the overhead press harder. I'm not much beyond 110 lbs there. Yesterday I did about 8 sets of 8 and just kept dropping the weight until I could barely rep 55 lbs. Hoping that'll add some shoulder mass.

Well, I didn’t look at my code reader after putting in the new plug and testing to see if the coil was bad, but I changed both brand new and it’s not throwing any codes at me on my #2 cylinder anymore (nor any of them)

Correct me if I’m wrong but once you work on a vehicle you’re supposed to erase the data so you don’t get the same stuff back? Anyway I did that and I haven’t gotten any codes period, but it’s giving me this P1000 code, supposed to mean it hasn’t ran its self tests yet... I drove about 60 miles since then, not sure why it hasn’t ran them yet lol

Got dang man my car is rigged to hell, they used wood screws to fasten down the coils on a few of them; wtf man?! Even I, the master of disaster, would not use wood screws! Guess I got my project car after tall

Well I know nothing about nothin’, but is there any reason to not do biceps and triceps on the same day or is that just your own personal routine? Lol when I get paid I plan on hitting the gym and was gonna do just that, different muscle groups
