Mrs. Crusher informed me over breakfast that I turned 46 today, and thus am officially over the hill.

Get one of those power rack things. You can bench deadlift squat, do pull-ups…etc. And you can set up the safety bars to be able to go all out safely.

Got hyped up by watching old videos of one of my childhood heroes…

and had an absolutely amazing shoulder day. Sitting there looking in the mirror watching this ugly guy throw 95lb dumbbells 3 sets 12-15 reps.

Chatted with my kid sister yesterday, she told me that she thought I was on steroids when I was younger because of my strength level. Are you serious? I couldn’t afford them, and I didn’t want acne and the little titties and an empty nut sack. 15 years out of the gym, and now one of the oldest guys in the gym, but the power is returning. It’s like drugs!

She says once you're closer to 50 than 40 it's official, any disagreement will have to be taken up with her. FYI, don't bother cause you'll lose.

 

Have to love a baseball game. Were your team is down 7 to 1 at the end of the 2nd inning. But win it 11 to 10 in the 10th inning. GO RAYS!!!

 

That sucks. I see you guys are having protests in the bigger cities. They're probably censoring most of it tho and not not making the local news stations?
