Are military has not mattered to the people in control since wwll.

 

I think it's supply issues. Guys can't get all the components to assemble their widgets. So why bother having 2 out of 3 components paid, sitting around. Just a hunch from the economic situation we find ourselves. But who knows, you might be right. I reckon we are going to find out sooner rather than later.

Lol....I payed 25k for my house and 2.36 acres in the middle of a cornfield.

I tore it down to the studs and rebuilt it. We're at around 3200sqft.....and still building on.

I'm a big waylon fan so if ya ever heard luckenbach texas you know my strugles....but I could care less about what my neighbors do.

I said earlier my goal in life is to be a beach bum.....well I got approval last week to put a pond in on my property at the lake. They had never had a request for that before.

I'm just gonna build my own dang beach...out my back door.....ya only got so much time on the big blue planet....grap what ya can get...

 

Economics not political. I'm changing my views. I have been waiting on housing bubble. Now I'm not certain it will happen. Prices will slow, but I dont think its gonna drop lower. Thinking they are here to stay. Trucking will cool off, but peak shipping is right around the corner.

But with inflation, don't celebrate your 2.50-3.00 cpm freight. Your cost of life and operation has and will rise.

With this said, personal debt is at a all time high, student loan debt for alot of people comes into play.

So I'm saying IDK. No reward without risk. By a lotto ticket.
