Began? You mean done?

 

I actually did some big time trucking today, fired up 'ol Smokey Joe Cummins then picked up and delivered a load. Laid the miles down, that's for sure- lesee here .6 carry the one....1.2 miles!

 

While I look forward to moving, I hate the moving process.

We accepted the offer we got today. Neither one of us thought that we'd have the place (tentatively) sold in less than 24 hours of being placed on the market.

Apparently they wanted to put in an offer based on only the pictures on the listing.

They came and saw it, and verbal offer before they even left the property. Got the written offer sent to us about an hour later, we accepted, and they've already gone to the title company and paid the earnest money.

 

We are bit east of you.

 

Guess I’ll head down in the Bluegrass early tomorrow......

 

I feel ya. I truly think I was raised in a different time.

 

That's crazy. It's good for you though. I'm glad it's working out. Depending on how backed up the title company is.....will be the huge determining factor. Our last closing got pushed out 4 times because they were so backed up. Hey, atleast the process is rolling now though. Good stuff brother......all good stuff.

 

This all goes back to why I dislike people. I don't wish Ill upon them, I just don't want to deal with them. Pride, character and ethics are a thing of the past. Folks wonder why all of these other nations are surpassing us. Because they are willing to actually work to get ahead in life!

 

A man is only as good as his word. Sadly very few stand by their word these days.

 

There's a new lady that's managed to alienate everybody on our little 1 mile 1 lane gravel road so every time I get to the top of the hill loaded at her place I flip the rears into low and Brrrrrraaaaaaaaaaappppp the Jake for a 1/4 mile down the hill by her place. How do you like me now? My closest neighbor was out mowing his lawn and gave me a big thumbs up today.
